Tired of the same old pancakes?
These are delicious and healthy, from wendyinchicago :
Oatmeal Pancakes
6-8 servings
Cooking time: 15 min; 10 min prep
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup quick oats
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
3 tablespoons margarine, melted
1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Stir in milk & melted butter.
3. Add eggs, 1 at a time.
4. Bake on a hot griddle until bubbly.
5. Flip & bake until done.
